Our Lobby Bar in the hotel’s light-filled, elegant atrium is the ideal place to meet for coffee, tea or a delicious snack while you plan your day or do business. Should you wish to spend the evening relaxing in the Lobby Bar with friends, family or colleagues, it won’t take long for you to discover that our mixologist makes especially good cocktails. He is famous for his Mojito.

Lunch or dinner at Verdil, our public restaurant, is always excellent. More and more people are discovering that Chef Ernesto Honejal can be relied upon for a menu which mixes contemporary Spanish Mediterranean cuisine with rather more unusual dishes. Ernesto led the way with Kobe beef in Madrid and on Tuesday through Saturday evenings Verdil offers sushi, prepared live for diners.

Should you be our guest in summer, you will discover that dinner on our garden terrace under the stars is especially tranquil and relaxing.

In summer, Madrilenos love to eat and drink outside and our two poolside bars offer the perfect opportunity for you to do the same. Our Pool Bar offers a satisfying range of freshly prepared snacks and long, cool drinks. You might like to try a complimentary chupito of delicious, refreshing chilled gazpacho. In the evening, stroll down to La Biguine and share a bottle of fine Cava with new friends.

When you would prefer a more private venue, take the elevator to the 10th floor and step into Godello, our exclusive dining space. Candlelit in the evening, Godello offers a view of the Sierra de Madrid mountain and the lights of the city which is spectacular at night.

At Verdil, our public restaurant, Chef Ernesto Honejal is a quiet innovator. He pioneered Kobe beef in Madrid and Verdil is one of the very few restaurants in Spain to offer ostrich meat. Twice a year, Verdil hosts Maridajes or pairings, where a selection of traditional Spanish Mediterranean dishes is served with a carefully chosen list of outstanding wines.

Whether it’s a working lunch or a candlelit dinner after a long day doing business or exploring the avenues and busy streets of Madrid, Verdil offers you a quiet, intimate space to relax.

On Tuesday nights through to Saturday, our expert sushi chef prepares traditional Japanese specialties like makis, nagiris and sashimi live for diners.

In the summer, the doors are opened to our garden terrace and guests mingle with local residents for a flavor of authentic Spanish cuisine. Boquerones en vinagre, accompanied by a fine Spanish Ribera del Duero is a particular favorite.

Located on the 10th and top floor of the hotel with a view of the often snowcapped Sierra de Madrid, Godello offers exclusive space for dining and private events for a minimum of 10 guests.

Perfect for discreet business lunches and dinners or celebrating special occasions, the cuisine at Godello is contemporary Spanish Mediterranean, prepared by Chef Ernesto Hinojal.

LOBBY BAR

Spectacular and filled with light, yet still intimate, the Lobby Bar is the ideal place to meet and enjoy delicious snacks, coffees and teas throughout the day. Try our authentic tapas with afternoon tea or an outstanding Mojito prepared by our professional mixologist in the evening.

For something different, experience sushi boxes freshly prepared by our expert sushi chef every evening from Tuesday through to Saturday.
